- At one point, I went into the house to use the downstairs bathroom. It was quiet and cool inside and after I'd finished I decided I'd go and have a quiet ten minutes in the lounge. But it was occupied. Rachel and Claire and an overweight lady call Sally who lived across the road were standing by the mantelpiece, talking quietly. As I entered the room I heard her say that she ought to get back to her husband and she turned and walked out, smiling as she passed me.
